Where did the Allatoona guys go? Better AM or PM Bite?

Where did the Allatoona guys go? Used to get some reports on here. Going to try to get the boat out for the first time tomorrow with my son. Hopefully we can chase down some slabs near Fields Landing/Cherokee Park.

Just looking for any help getting started...Are they shallow yet? Better bite morning or evening?

I haven't been over there in a couple weeks. Last trip consisted of long lining Fields Landing area. Caught some big ones. The following week, seemed like they moved according to reports. With the little cold spell, they may have moved back out there. Try little river need the bridge. Thats where we started catching them and followed them to Fields. You may be able to intercept them on their way back out.

TCC, just like Gabe said They had been up on the flats at fields landing. We had some 80 degree days and the water was still stained the water temp shot up to 70. Sixes and Abercrombie exploded one afternoon, then the COE dropped the lake 3 ft and we had the cold snap with the snow burst one afternoon the water temp dropped almost 10 degrees in 48 hrs and they disappeared. They have the lake back up to about 836 now so I would not pass on this area. With that said the last fish I caught were down the lake below the S turns The deeper water gives the m some protection and they were more cooperative.
