Spent the day on Harding Sat. Pushed jigs tipped with minnows from .03 to .08mph. Stayed in Hallawakee creek all day, from Long bridge up. Water temp 47 to 49 and fish where very scattered. Picked up a few here and and a few there with most coming from creek mouths in 20 to 25 ft of water fishing 10 to 14 ft down. Ended up catching around 30 to keep 15. The bite was super light at times and other times they would bury the rod three or four eyes deep only to set the hook and nothing be on. I assume the fish just had the minnow...don't know for sure but we missed quite a few fish. Color didn't seem to matter as we caught fish on wildcat, purple chart. and hot pink tubes. Lost one really good fish right at the boat. Was able to stay out of the stripers most of the day....only caught 4 but they were no size to em.

Nice! I need to get over to Harding again. I have caught some good fish in the past over there this time of the year.
