    Default 12-31-2015 lake oconee report

My dad and I fished the big mud hole today aka oconee. We started where I had fished tuesday but the mud had the fish non existent so we moved to clearer water. We found a deep cove and started catching a few fish. The latter the day got the less rain and more sun. Along with the sun came the bigger fish and more of them. We ended the afternoon with 60 dang good fish. We were fishing in 15 to 35 feet of water and the fish were running 10-15 feet. Water temp was 65 this afternoon.Name: 20151231_201211.jpg

VERY impressive. What's the water look like where youre fishiong? Reason I ask is I rode by a favorite boat ramp at my local lake and the water is VERY high, looks like a Yoohoo chocolate drink, and trash everywhere.

That is great fishing and very nice fish, especially since you were fishing in the mud. Great job, you never know what will happen unless you go. Wes
