    I tell you what. I drove from Michigan City, Indiana to Valdosta the 30th and 31st, and all the water I saw looked like liquid mud. All the creeks and rivers were either full or over the banks.

    looked at the water at the campground at Ga State park at Lake Blackshear lake is muddy but the boy scout slough was fairly clear and i would think smoke bridge where 300 cross would be fairly clear . may try it over the weekend .

    Here's a picture from a boat ramp just up the street from my house. The saw horses are the top of the boat ramp. Never seen the lake this high. Water was in the parking lot!

    They opened the gates at the Lanier Dam on Friday. 24 hour release for 3 days and the lake dropped like 1.54 inches. Thinking it will be Feb before they get it back down. That is if the rain holds off.
