Icookie, my friend Jimmy "Hollywood" Hutchins and I took a trip to the other "Hershey Highway" due to the muddy water to long line for some crappie with Jimmy and I in my boat and Icookie in his. We fished Little River starting around 7:30am and fished until 12:30. It was Jimmy's first time longlining so I set him up in the back of the boat with six 10' rods which took some time for him to get used to. We ended up with over 50 fish with 10 being white bass. They were between 5-12' deep in 10-20 fow. Water temp was 53 at the start and didn't change much due to the fog that rolled in on us around 9:30. So thick you could here people talking in the boat next to you but you couldn't see them. Caught most of the fish on anything that had pink in it with electric chicken being top dog. They also liked the blue/pink with char. tail. If it didn't have pink in it they wouldn't bite. We didn't catch many big ones but solid keepers between 10-14". Trolled at .7-.9 mph with twelve rods. It was nice having someone in the boat with me cause I usually fish by myself. It was a beautiful day with good friends and great fishing.
