I would not say one is better than the other. All methods have there pros and cons, all have there place and time. As a crappie fisherman I support all methods that anyone chooses to use to catch crappie. I fish the way I do because of the areas I fish and it works for me. I would love for the crappie fisherman and women, (with the help of the moderators), to form a educational tab at the top of the forum page on the different methods of crappie fishing. Give the definition, how to do it, list pros and cons of the method, and the best time of year to use that method. Then let each individual find what works for them.:twocents
