Kissimmee Kowboy and I fished Jackson Lake yesterday. We got to the lake around 10:30 a.m. The water temperature was 48-49 degrees when we started fishing. We found several boat docks loaded with fish. The water temperature got up to 50-51 degrees before we left. The water in Tussahaw Creek was very lightly stained. The fish in the picture is 14.5 inches and is the biggest I've ever caught on Jackson. We had a very good day with a lot of sunshine. We probably caught 20-30 fish and kept a dozen for the skillet. Things are looking up!
