IT WAS ROUGH AS HADES...got to the ramp at daylight and it was COLD. AND WINDY...had to sit at the dock for about 20 minutes due to the motor not peeing due to being froze, finally got it right and headed out...main lake was rolling, impossible to spider rig but tried it anyway, 3 hrs late NO FISH and a my partner had broke a brand new Crappie Maxx rod, the wind lays down a bit and the fish come off the bottom so we since to longlining and manage 5 keepers including a 15 in White crappie. Wind started back up around 2 so we packed it in till another day and headed to the barn. Not a bad day all in all, got on the water, caught enough for supper and it still beat being at work. Water temp was 50 and stained, fish were deep in the channel 18-30 fow. Cabelas Guide Wear, best $300 I have spent on fishing...
    Headed back on Tuesday.

Winds weren't bad today. We fished till 1:00 and wound up with 37. Nothing over 1.25 lbs. Fish are still in the channel....Deep in the channel. Black/Blue/Chat and Tenn Shad were our best colors.
