farm pond specks??? 1-1-15

Went for a couple of hours this afternoon to a local pond with some helpers. I sure thought we would find them but 3 hours later only 5 specks 7 bream and 1 bass. The bite was very light. Everything we caught was striking chart. jig tail. On a more positive note the bream was one of the biggest I have caught out of that particular pond. The bass was very exciting about 3 1/2 pounds. Great day even if the bite was slow.

Sounds like it was slow but hopefully it was enough action to keep your helpers interested. LOL. Fishing is fun no matter how many you catch.
