It's been a long three years without catching a crappie. I've been educating myself by reading and watching crappie videos and think I'm ready. Boat is going to need some work and TLC when I return and I'm looking forward to it. Job search is in full swing and I'm looking forward to taking a few months off to pursue those slabs.
