Most disappointing outing of the year thus far. Wife youngen an I made the best of this pretty weather an went to a small lake ( girl scout lake ) we spider rigged minnows an jigs for 4 hrs to collect only one solid crappie off a minnow. The wife also had a mishap as she slung her phone that had the last 2 years of her life in it. On the positive side of things we had a good picnic an beautiful sun on our face. She said she is ready to sling a cricket so see knows she can get a mess of eaters.
Water temp stated 49 as we left it was 53.
