Sinclair 2/2/14
Wife gave me a free day for my birthday so I decided to spend the morning on the lake. Put in at 441 and shot docks, the bite was slow but we managed 8 real nice fish, some of the biggest I have ever caught shooting on Sinclair. I saw a good many boats trolling and it seemed they all did very well until the sun came out, then the bite turned off... I was told. Water temp in the cove at the plant was the key, 53-54 degrees this was the only place we caught fish. Out of the cove water was 48-49 and we couldn't get a bite. Hot colors were dark purple with blue tail and dark green with yellow tail. All on hand tied chenille jigs.
