Default Clarks Hill Fishing Report 4-2-13

I fished the lower end of the lake keg and wildwood area. Boat in the water by 3:30, in the first area only had one decent fish. Moved to a
different creek at about 5:30. The wind was blowing pretty good off and on had trouble controlling my keywest. The wind helped me
locate the fish because it pushed me further to the back of the creek than I had expected to fish. In about 4' feet of water they were concentrated in a
very small area. I was catching at least three fish per past. It was a lot of fun. The water temp was high 50*, wind was at least 15 or higher at
times, water stained with weeds so I had to clean very often but it was worth it. I used Tenn. shad, pumpkin seed joker. Only had out about 5' of
line on each rod. Ended the day with 29 and 9 was over 2lbs with the largest being 2.15 on my berkley scale. Made a couple of my co-wokers
happy with the fish. I will post some pics this afternoon when I get home. They are there, finding that right pattern is the key, gotta love it
