When i was younger we fished every weekend and i mean EVERY weekend during all phases of the spawn and it wasnt out of the question to catch well over 300 sometimes close to 400 in a weekend and we actually wrote down our numbers and i swear its fallen off the past several years BIG time.. They eat tons im sure! and no one fishes much for them at Sinclair and Oconee and im here to tell ya ive seen some Giants come out of Oconee!! belly full of crappie probally lol.
Im gonna find some old pics from back in the day from Oconee and try and post em.
Wonder if a 10" limit would help.. I know the fish size at sinclair has dropped fer sure.
