We have received 4 inches of rain here in N-west Ga. Now the Snow has started. The Coosa River is Raging. It will take at least 2 wks before River will be fishable with a boat. The river is full of Bank wash-ins, big trees, trash. Probaly washed my old structure in some of my honeyholes to other places. Have to do a lot of structure hunting. Usually high waters tend to push fish back in coves in calmer waters off the river. Cabin Fever for the next few weeks for sure. One positive is our lakes will get some needed water. Another it want be long to the Spawn. In the meantime it would be a good time to clean hubs and re-pack my wheel bearings on trailer. How is the water in lower part of State? BB

GO BIG ORANGE !
I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.
Went to Cohutta the long way Wednesday . The Oostanaula and Conasauga are wayyyy out of their banks . Went up to where the Connie goes into Tennessee and it was still way up and running hard . Most of the dry creeks running through the Cohuttas were running at a pretty good clip. Looks like the Coosa will be high for a while from that end . The Etowah was running pretty full and hard too , but the lake didn't look like it was rising . I think you could plow under the Knox Bridge it was so muddy .
Shame too ,cause it's supposed to be pretty nice most of next week . Any ideda how Rocky Mnt is looking ?
