Glade you like those litewire hooks and Rozier's Custom Jigs. That is all I use in my jigs.

Aint much telling what you'll catch off that tree when you can get more serious. Those lite wire hooks should be the ticket for fishing brush. Congrats on picking up a few.

I know one thing. We are lucky to have wives that will go fishing with us. Mine does same thing yours appears to be doing and thats kicking back and relaxing. Mine even gets out there in middle of winter in coveralls. LOL. Wonder how long thats gonna last! Nice catch man. I think I am going to give it just a couple more weeks. Got dove opener to go to labor day weekend and then the following weekend I am going to start hitting Oconee hard. Hopefully they will be starting to stack up tight to structure in the stump fields like they did last fall and biting like crazy getting fat for the winter/spring spawn.

Mine likes catching not fishing....she loves it in the spring when their tearing up a float/jig. Not so much when you have to cast into a 25 ft deep tree top and hold your mouth right and very metaculasly with just the right bow in your line jig up and down waiting on one little thump every hour or so!
