I'd hope for Heads....I think the fishing would be better than Blackshear right now and I know the "Water Lice" would definitely be a LOT less....Good Luck where ever you decide!!!

I figured out today that being blessed for living right between lakes Blackshear and Talquin can sometimes be a curse. I'm headed out in the morning but still can't decide where to go. so let's flip a coin. CALL IT IN THE AIR!! Heads to Talquin Tails to Blackshear

I did'nt even think about the lice, and it's memorial day weekend comming up. They may be a problem. HEADS IT IS! Thanks.

We managed 35 yesterday all between 11ish and 13.5 inches. It was slow but we kept plugging away at trash piles in 13-15 feet of water......Get hung one time and catch a fish the next time. Caught lots of small fish.....good luck

Hooker left and Danny showed up....Hope you left him a few!!!
Not the fish we caught, but these were caught in the same area we were fishing. All three were 2 pounders.........Caught last Saturday at Talquin....He earned a litewirehook decal for his boat.....

Good luck tomorrow brimfisher. I flipped a coin and it landed on tails so I'm heading to blackshear. I'll report late tomorrow on my catch.
A crappie day fishin beats working any day!!
It will be water lice galore on Blackshear, they will have it rockn and rollin real good by 12:00 !!!
I hate water lice. Glad I am retired and can go most every day. It looks like the Lakes will have to do for a while as rivers are too low/
