4 stroke 60 Merc. Nice motor, but I will be glad when the 10hr break in period is over so we can open her up! LOL
4 stroke is quite too . i would like one also . but can`t aford it . i built a hood for mine that made it better.
I couldn't believe how quiet. Yeah, if it hadn't have been for us going in on the other half,[Tracker wouldn't finance but half because we are both retired] we wouldn't have got one. It's worth it,[would rather be busted than not fishin!] LOLQuote:

37 on da GPS. Yep, that surprised me but it is a 2 stroke and the boat is balanced so well. I have had so many Aluminum boats but this War Eagle is the best I have ever fished. The rear seat was too close to the back for long line trolling but I moved it up 8 inches. I talked to the War Eagle folks and they plan to change their placement of the rear seat now. The four speaker sound system is going in this week and I got the one that only plays the two musics(country and Western).
It will be at the Nov 10th Slabfest at Talquin and you cannot miss it.

I think I finally got it where i want her...12 diftmasters in front for pushing or long lining options with custom built rack, single center or dual front pedestal options. 6 driftmasters in rear...rod racks...LED lights around front of boat for night time pushing or downlining. Makes fishing customers alot easier! Minn Kota power drive V2 crappiedaze graphics down each side!

She ain't big and she ain't fast, but I paid cash for her in 2001 when I bought her new at BPS. I catch a heap of fish out of it and can get 6 fishing trips out of a tank of gas.

how did you mount your rod holder "tee" base to the floor?

Dutch, this Tracker is by far the best boat in the Tracker line. I love the vinyl flooring and the lowered front deck. I believe this boat is Salt ready also. Ya done good on boat, PH's, seating, and electronics.

I have my War Eagle 754 for my Crappie fishing and such but I have rigged out a Crappie Jon for the total purpose of fishing Georgia rivers. This boat is designed for searching for river specs and panfish. It will be under me when I break the world record for the Red Breast sunfish. I was raised on the river and learned to fish rivers before I even knew what a Krappie was.
