Default Lake Blackshear Is Still HOT

Went back to Blackshear this afternoon...The fish are still biting pretty darn good. I ran into a couple of friends that limited out and seen alot of fish being caught. We caught alot of fish again today, but not as many big fish as yesterday. Most anywhere in the channel will produce fish. Here is a pic of the best catch of the day:Name: Norma Anns Big One.jpg

This was our best catch of the day.........It was not Chuck....It was the fish. Best day in couple months. Stayed in 30+ foot of water using #4 lead and litewirehooks.........and chuncking way back. Wonderful Day........color did not matter.

Was nice meeting lightwire and ragfly . I got 18 and kept all of em , even the smaller ones as i like to eat the smaller ones best . I dont always keep all of em but i have not had fish in months so ...
gonna learn to troll instead of fish with minnows so i can catch em like lightwire lol
All in all , a good day for me as i have not had much luck at blackshear or anywhere catching crappie , i usually fish the satilla river for red breast and usually catch em pretty well ( wish the satilla had some water in it , it is so low there are catfish in it that are 2 years old and have not yet learned to swim )

Red "X" had floated down the lake......that's where we caught them..........Next time mark the side of your boat.
