    Default Oconee - 10/9/10

Fished docks from daylight till bout 6 with Souther Slabber. Caught at least 100 and kept 60 filleters. Most were either barely under or barely over a lb. Bite was dead between 11-3:30 but pretty much on fire rest of the time. Great day on the lake but that sun was rough by mid afternoon. Hot color was anything with white in it.

10'+ docks mainly but one of our best docks of the day was one in about 6' of water that I had never fished before. Wished we had tried more shallow docks.

Great report. Last thursday we had better luck on shallow docks. We had the limit early and only shot 3-4 docks on the river. The hot color was yellow and white w/chartreuse tail.
