    This is funny but ridiculous. I think this will probably get thrown out in court. I wonder if the Judge or defense attorney will ask the officer if he collected the evidence.:D

    There are people in all lines of work who take their jobs just a little too far. This is one of them. Cops are their own worst enemy when it comes to public perception.
