Lake Talquin Slabfest

I get to go fishing alot during the year, of course not as much as I would like to, and I get excited about going a day or two before I head out. You know the feeling. Getting the gear set up, making sure the boat is in good shape, and all the other little thing that go into a trip. I do have to say that this one trip a year that I get to take with my Pop is the best trip of the year. I have been excited and getting ready for this trip for a month. It is almost hear. Next Monday we head out for Lake Talquin. It's probably gonna rain and be windy. The lake will be muddy, and the bite may be tough, but that is ok, because I get to spend thoes precious hours with my dad. Just had to share. Thanks Pop.
