just got back from setting up the old camper at weekend retreat. will not have to take a camper when i go it will be there and ready . right across from the boat ramp . this is part of the old campers haven at the north end of lake blacksher.

part was sold out some years ago after the flood of 94 . they never reopened to over night camping just rented spots for permanent setup like lake talquin lodge .have a waiting list and i finaly got to the top.. not on the water but just across the road from the boat ramp.there is another campground up the road Dixie RV Park about 3/4 mile that is over night or permanent . his rate is $50.00 per month plus $25.00 per night you stay or there is a monthley rate i think is $350.00 or $375.00 with electric .he has a lot of vacancy there is 2 more up rive at hwy 27 bridge but they are full and a waiting list.
