    Default Frying Crappie Question

Gonna fry some fish tonight and have a question. I've been using Zatarain's Seasoned flour for years now but most of it comes off when I'm frying the fish, do you guys dip the fish into something before you put the seasoned flour on? I'd like a little more crust on my fish and thought I'd ask, thanks guys.

Dip the fish in a bowl of milk, then coat the fish with flour, then dip the fish into the milk again, then coat the fish with corn meal and you're ready to go.....Thumbs Up You can also add a couple of eggs to the milk if you like.....Hands Clapping

i use medium or coarse ground corn meal, salt heavily, and allow fish to dry a little. if you pull them outta the cooler and they're soaking wet the meal will tend to clump up on the fish and when they hit the grease it will fall off.
