I have waited a few days before posting this cause its kind of emotionaal for me. A few days ago my dad called me to say that he had fallen while trying to move a fallen limb that had fell on the fince. I rushed up to his house to check on him. At that time he was ok but later on that night my wife and I had to carry him to the emergency room to be checked out. At that time everything showed no broken bones just pulled muscles. 2 days ago we had to have ambulance to come and carry him back cause he couldn't move. Same results but we had to admit him for overnight and Doctor run several test and said basically samething. Its gonna be a very long hall for recovery because of his age (82).
Heres where it gets very emotional for me. I dearly love my dad and he is my true fishing partner. I am not sure when he will be able to fish and I feel bad going without him. You never ever know when something like this will happen so PLEASE take your father fishing as much as you can while you still have the chance and don't forget to tell them you love them as I have neglected to do but that is changing TODAY. Dad, I love you and look forward to when you get back to being my fishing partner.
