35 Mercury Cowling

Now I need the cowling wrap with latch for an old Mercury 35 HP. My pal was working on the motor yesterday and when he popped the latch on the cowling wrap latch he let it fall in the lake. I saved the front latch and the head plate.

Any ideas?
