Hello from Oregon. I live smack dab in the middle of the state. Most of the local fishing is for trout and kokanee. Pineville reservoir about an hour away is the closest crappie fishing. Other than that we have to travel a ways to find them. This year this fish averaged 10 to 11 inches. We also fish the Snake river. Our fishing is winding down for the year, but we are anxious to start again in the spring.
