Wow, thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I just retired 12/31/2019 from Fleet Readiness Center East, located on Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC, and I'm a full time gardener, fisherman (although I have not gone this year), and artist. We moved to beautiful Sautee Nacoochee in northeast Georgia. My best prospect for fishing is Lake Burton but Smith Lake in Unicoi State Park is only 4 miles away. I just bought a really nice inflatable pontoon boat, ane electric motor. The only fishing I've done in the last 20 or so years has been in Alaska. We lived there for a few years besides making 18 vacation trips before and after living there. So I haven't fished for crappie or bream in probably 40 years, which is crazy since my favorite fish to eat is crappie, with bream running a close second. Name: HAL4.jpg
