    Thanks for the welcome "G". Looking to get a lot of info from this site. I am really new to crappie fishing big brother introduced me, he needed someone to go along to Truman in Missouri. Needless to say 2 months later I am buying a boat go figure. I am from west central Illinois so not many lakes close but make it as often as I can. Have had a few good days this fall as long as no ice we are watching the weather for a window. cannot wait for spring so far hooked on dipping jigs, crazy about the thump, not always about the numbers.

    Thanks BarryG What part of Mo? Going to try and hit Truman a couple times a year. Only about 2hrs from Mark Twain going to hit there often I hope.
