Posting pix with a nook

Please bear with me, I have been trying to post pix for the last 3 days, I can't move them from photobucket with the new format they have,
Seaching for info has not been any help, I have managed to Email a pic to myself but I can't download it or post it
I know this is really ignorant on my part so any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED
