    glad to b a part of the forum. Have fished crappie for over 65 years and still enjoy them the most. Am old school and still use a 16' pole (now fiberglass not cane) and minnows. I fish at Lake Chesdin in Virginia and had a good day on Wed. Got 7 keepers plus 5 eating size catfish. Filled my wire basket. I fish from a 15 wooden' homemade skiff/dinghy that doubles as a sailboat when I can catch a breeze. Actually had to put one of my two poles away Wed. since it seemed that if one line got hit the other did at the same time. Would love some help finding brush piles on Chesdin around the south end of the lake out of the seven something marina.
