Hey guys! Name's Ian. Born, raised, and now live in the Raleigh-Durham area. Sort of a newb to fishing in general, in that it's not something I've done my whole life. Looking to use this spring to gain more knowledge about crappie fishing. This site has been a great resource.

Confession: I've caught LOTS of catfish and blue gill, some bass here and there, but not once, at this time of writing, have I ever caught a single crappie. I never had an interest until this year. So if ya'll wanna help or witness a 29 year old boy become a man, so to speak lol, I'll try to post/read/comment regularly.
