Looking forward to learn something new! As a kid I grew up fishing rivers for big cats, but after growing up I have found the crappie fishing to be my favorite. Now I have moved down to the southeastern part of Oklahoma. If anyone has any info. on lake Wister for shore fisherman that would be great thanks in advance.

Welcome from OKC. I grew up down that way but the only Crappie fishing I ever did then was below the dam or back up in Poteau river where Black Fork creek runs in. Be sure and check out the Oklahoma state forum. EB on there guides some on Wister. It would be well worth a trip with him.
