I am a disabled 56 year old mechanical engineer/machinist/electrician/nurse. I know, that's a lot of different careers. I was an engineer/machinist for 28yrs when my health started to get in the way. The things I did after that were to try and extend my working days as much as possible and still do something I felt challenging and rewarding. I love to fish and just recently acquired a 14' jon boat with a 6hp gas and an electric trolling motor. Today I am wiring up a Lowrance depth finder to help in my pursuit of my elusive quarry. Been married for 35 years with 3 grown kids and 6 grandkids from 13yrs to 3 days old. We take care of my 92yr old mother in her last years. Other than family and fishing and woodworking I don't have much to do! LOL Glad to be here and hopefully make a few friends.
