    Post Anybody fish southwest Louisiana


    Hi guys, This is my first post. I have fished sacalait all my life but have gotten serious about it for three years now. I wouldn't say I'm a rookie, I do have success most trips but I'm by no means an expert either. Any tips, tricks, or just general info will be appreciated. I live in Welsh La. and I fish The Mermentau river and adjoining waterways from North of the Mermentau bridge, to Lacassine bayou, Streeters, all the way to Bayou Chene. Some of you may have even snagged one of my christmas trees. I hope to make some new friends and learn alot. Maybee I'll see ya on the water, thanks in advance for any advice and tips.
