New to crappie fishing but long time bass guy

Well. Don't know a lot about crappie fishing. I love fishing. Bass fished tournaments for 20 yrs. Love to fish. Grew up fishing for catfish mostly from banks of lakes and creeks and stuff with my folks. When I got back to Oklahoma I started bass fishing when I was 25 when I married my wife because her dad did. Now after all these years and many new bass boats I am ready to just fish and enjoy with my wife. She can't do any bass fishing and casting much because her heart. No energy. I am tired of the long hours hard fishing and busy lakes on bass fishing. Can't wait to learn more on how to find them. Got a boat coming. Been out from fishing since 2007 and actually had a 2007 war eagle predator when my dad moved back then sold it to go back to bass fishing but never did. I really enjoyed that year with my dad cat fishing and hybrid sand bass fishing. A little crappie too but didn't know how to find them. Well anyway hopefully with help me and the wife can catch some. Thanks to all that helped me pick out boat I am ordering that should be hear in January. Now to go buy rods and reals
