Wow thanks for the welcome guys! I'm Matt & I'm located in the Claremore Oklahoma area, home lakes are Oologah & Grand. I was a really good boy this year & Santa brought me a new G3 Eagle 176 with a Yamaha 60HP 4Stroke, MinnKota trolling motor, & Garmin fish finder. This is the first boat I've owned, really happy that I found this forum, I've been reading all the posts for days now soaking up as much expert info as I can.

My G3 came from Brad's Boat Sales here in Claremore Oklahoma. Brad's is the local G3/Skeeter/Yamaha store & while I don't want to sound like a walking ad for this dealer I have to say that this was probably the best buying experience I've ever had. There was no pressure at all & the guys at Brad's really took their time in explaining everything and answering all of my newbie questions. They even took me and my new boat out on the Verdigris river when I took delivery & went over launching, operating everything on the boat, and recovering it. I dunno, maybe all boat dealerships are like this but I thought they really went above & beyond the call of duty and I really appreciated it, I even get my first service for free!

I've had the boat out once since bringing it home that day. Took the wife out for a short ride, but it was cold & she's not a cold weather person so the ride only lasted about 20 minutes. It was funny, with all the stuff she had on to stay warm you would have thought we were in the frozen white North somewhere, lol.

Again, thanks for the welcome! Here's some pics for ya.
