Thread: Howdy to all

Just wanted to say hello and say what a great place y'all have here. Been readin posts here for a long time and figured I would join in.
A lil about me, been fishin ever since I can remember, after gettin out of school done my stint in the military, came back to the real world and went in business with my dad(plumbing and HVAC business). When my dad retired in 1994 I had to do his job and mine too, so I had to quit fishin since that was our busy time of year. Bout broke my heart, but at least our slow time let me deer and duck hunt. Also worked for the DoD in Iraq from 2005 to 2008. Now that I'm retired I am finally back fishin again.

So many new techniques and gear since I last fished. Really interested in this spider riggin, have learned a lot from readin posts on this site. Have rigged my boat with my first rod holder and have six new trollin poles. Cant say I have had great success so far, but have caught a few and I'm learinin.

Lookin foward to learnin much more from you fellers. I aint very puter savy and type with two fingers, kinda ol school. So if I ask some dumb question please bear with me.
