    Default 1st time Crappie fishing and I'm hooked!


    Finally got the motivation to start buying some new equipment and license and head to the local fishing hole.We have a great fully stocked pond 2 miles from my house and I headed there this morning with some worms and my pole.I was pleasantly surprised to snag a half dozen black crappy(largest about 1 1/2 lbs.).

    Also snagged a chain pickerel and that sucker looked mean as hell!!

    Here is a few shots, I am hoping to head there again soon

    No but there is a Main Crappie Board. If we get enough folks interest you can probably get Slab to set up a NH board though.
