    Default Caught a few

Went fish brother-in-law's pond with a flyrod this morning. Fished till 8:30. I was soaking wet, but enjoyed every bit of it. I landed 7 small bass about 7 to 8". I turned them loose to get way bigger. I kept 11 bream about 1/2 lb. a piece. I threw about 40 back to get bigger. I caught all of them on a small popping bug ( solid white ). Enjoyed it very much.

To me there is no more pleasure then making your own poppers and spiders for bream. The bigger bream were in the deeper water. I knew that. The idea of having them come out of the deep and hit that popper with all that explosion is music to my ears.
