Low lake level - spawning question
Over here in the Clermont chain the water levels have dropped drastically. In particular, Lakes Susan and Louisa are really low. The weed lines and cypress trees are all hi and dry. Typically the specks bed in these two areas of cover. With the receeded shoreline, how does this affect the spawning? I know they prefer some kind of protective structure. Will they travel farther to find a safe bedding area or bed in open water?
Your thoughts?
