    Default Cold at Talquin (but look)


    The weather is cold at Talquin and the fish are slow but expecting the fish and weather to warm up. The fish that were caught were in the channel and deep and deeper. Here is a few pictures of the past and things to come......The weight of the small one was was 2.14 oz

    Anybody need a partner?

    The kids are riding shotgun tomorrow hog, that's what you get for selling your boat in the middle of the season.....suffer hog suffer........

    Um, guys... before getting all hot about an immediate trip to Talquin... please note those are not recent photos. The date they're tagged with is back in September. :rolleyes:

    I cant see the date your speaking of, but I talked to Rusty at LTL the other day and the bite was fairly well

    Sorry T_om...I know better than that..Neither fish could not have been in Sept...In September we did not need a heavy coat.... or a sweat shirt.....And in September, there were still leaves on the trees. And the gentleman that took and posted these pics only got to the lake on Wednesday and has no reason to mislead anyone....I'll stake my reputation (for what it's worth) on the line that these photos are as recent as they get.:D

    Nope.....Nope.......Nope......One was caught prefishing for the tourney and the other was caught last week before the cold spell. Bite was still slow today but at noon three of the boats I talked to had 15, 16, and 18.
