:rolleyes:Just a little heads-up for the newbie trollers...whenever you start to troll make sure after turning the gas motor off,to leave motor in gear either forward or reverse. This prevents prop turn and the possibility of line wrap. I normally always do this, however yesterday while fishing Monroe in the wind and whitecaps, boat control was a b....ear!! Realized one of my front 6 rods had did about a 6 revolution wrap around the prop after forgetting to engage the motor in gear after turning off engine. No major deal, just a reality check. I do occasionally see motors trimmed up, even out of the water, but find that method makes for the "tail of the whip" even in light wind situations.
To get an exact count for livewell fish, just count the pectoral fins and divide by 2!!::rolleyes:
