stop on over to crescent lake. I'll show you a few that can eat your boat if they wanted to. Their usually passive, but I would not want to piss them off. Big thing is to not feed the gators. Everyone who knows gators will tell you that. Unfortunately my friend has 2-5 12-14 footers he feeds fish to all the time. He has been feeding them for at least the 15 years I've know him. They hang out right at his dock. He considers them his babies. When ever I show up at his dock, they head right for my boat. Their like pitbulls protecting their ground. I have never had any problems with them, but they are enough to scare most people away. Remember, the gators were here before us. You enter their territory and you belong to them. :o
I fear the cottonmouths more than any gator.
