Thread: Report - St. Johns River - 12/7/08

Fished trout creek (Green Cove Springs area) on Sunday Dec. 7th

Started around 1:00pm and fished till about 5pm

Water 56 degrees.

Guy in pacetti's fish camp said they were biting, just had to find the depth.

We trolled 4 poles from 4 to 15 feet. Picked up one while crossing a 17' spot on the 14' pole jig/minnow combo

Ran into another guy who said he had 2 missed bites since 7 that morning.

Not expecting much, we camped under the S.R.13 bridge for some warmouth action.

If you've read my other posts, you know I'm kinda new at this. Hopefully my results will improve as I get back into the swing of things again.
