Default never believe the weather man

Talquin was windy monday, the bite was slow but still managed 15 nice keepers. Didn't have any throw backs except 1 stripper that twisted all 8 lines into one big mess. Weather info all said clear and calm for monday they lied again. Fish are scattered everywhere 10ft to 25ft up around stodimire. I'am going to start dragging drift socks. Going back thursday (big maybe).

Rawhide, I wasw there also, and you are right. It was tough. We ended up with 21 but fished hard all day for them. . . . good luck if you head back over Thursday.

I only trust the weather men after I step out side, look at the ant hills, come back in and get a cup of coffee, then sit down with this thang and check my weather sites. Well... guess you could say I trust them for about as long as I can hear them.

Farm Pond 13 was VERY WINDY. I have two of the biggest wind socks that Bass Pro sells and it took both of them to slow my little boat down enough to fish. Fish bit good though. Two of us probably caught more then 50, but many small ones. Kept 21 and 7 or 8 of them were 13-14 inch fish.
