Thumbs up BORED!! AS Tom Hanks in the Castaways on that island

New New Knee on June 24. The repairs looks successful and wont be having a limp this time around. The fall breaking my femor 3 years ago left me with a cane and limited movement but still i didn't miss the last 3 seasons of crappie fishing---this year should be Wonderful. Another couple months i should be walking normal again and by Nov. ready to fish. If Ranger leaves any fish for the rest of us as he is getting a real head start.
I have studied a new way to shallow water fish, at least for me, so i am looking to try that out when they in the weeds.
Looking foward to seeing all our members out there or at our slabfests. Tight Lines and Fish on!!!!

Got my new total knee replacement 3 weeks ago. Struggling with PT and pain but not being able to fish is killing me slowly. I hope to be fishing in 2 or 3 months.

I'm still in therapy. They say a restructure of an old knee implant is 2 x the work to do and I believe it's that for therapy as well . Getting the itch to get in the boat bought a battery today to replace 1. Haven't graduated to cane yet I'm bummed. Hope you othetsthst hsdyork redonestr doing fine and Ranger u can just come by and pick me up one fishing day close by. 352 551 8953. I'm a little extra work getting in the boat but I'll catch my share.

It’s now been 11 weeks since my total knee replacement. I was fishing by 8 weeks with my teenage grandson who did everything except back the trailer into the launch. By 10 weeks I was solo fishing again. Still going to PT 3 times a week and doing very similar exercises at home on off days. My knee is slowly getting normal but swelling is still hampering me some what. One must work hard to get back to normal again.

    Bon Temps!!!
