Orange Lake Issue
A friend and I went to Orange Lake to fish for bream today and we ended up with 33. However on our return to the ramp at Kate Barnes Park adjacent to Marjorie Rawlings State Park we encountered a floating island that was blocking the channel to the ramp. This was around 4pm today. As you're leaving the launching ramp, where the channel makes a left turn is where the island was located.

Water is low, though not as low as I've seen in the past. The low water was not an issue when we were there. It was the floating island that came out of nowhere.

My motor got clogged with debris last trip. Hopefully all of this rain has helped and all this heat didn't draw it back down. Thanks!
