and Struttin' their Stuff!
Turned out to be quite the forecast of things to come.
About 2 miles before my launch, I saw what I thought was 5 Vultures in center of rural road. After allowing me to slowly pass, I thought, I really should go back for a quick pic. You guessed it = GONE! Hah, don't despair...30 yards into the woods stood the rest o' the group.
Extreme dropping low-tide proved mostly lockjaw targets, but my 3 crab traps were routinely dispatched as my "banquet bandaid"!
Stickin' & Jabbin' was rewarded with 3 nice 17- 18" Trout[1 allowed 19.5"(trophy), many undersized throwbacks].

The end of the day yielded the day's true reward=a FEISTY 28" Snook!
Had a good enough day with my Crab traps, and cooked up a Steamed Crab/Fish/Veggie meal/s to recognize/realize the true "gift" we anglers are Blessed with.

Almost forgot, this keeper Mangrove Snapper wanted a photo-op, too!

The artificial-of-choice today was an oldie but goodie = Mann's 3" Sting Ray grub[Clear sparkle] on a 1/8 oz. Chartreuse jighead. Thanks for Readin'/Ridin'/Reelin'...Happy Holidays! [#:Christmas wreath:#]
