Thread: It's been awhile .

It has been awhile since I have been out on the water. So I gave Les a call to see if he would be interested in some mid week action. He said that he could work it in.

I picked him up around 6 with the intent to be on the water and set up by 7. Things were going to plan. But when I told him where I was planning to go, he gave me one of those looks, like why there ? But seeing that it was my boat and I was driving, he said, well we can give it a try.

I really didn't have much hope either but it was one of the areas that Paula wanted me to check out before she went out with me.

It wasn't long before we started to see some action. And it kept getting better as we went along. After awhile Les asked me if I had the spot marked on my GPS. I told him that I do now. He suggested that we call it Paula's spot and that we just might come back to it again.

But our catch just seem to look a little bit different this time !
